The Chelsea Enclave, located at 177 9th Avenue in Chelsea is a unique, high rise condop building that was completed in 2010, but has pre-war architectural elements. The facade is a bright orange-red brick with windows of varying sizes. The Chelsea Enclave is vast, taking up an entire block with just 53 units across 7 floors. At the center of the complex is The "Close," a center lawn. The Chelsea Enclave is walking distance away from art galleries, restaurants and the High Line Elevated Park, as well as public transportation.
The apartment layouts vary widely, though all have high ceilings and wide plank white oak floors. Each kitchen has Wolf and Sub Zero appliances, each unit has a washer and dryer and multiple walk in closets. The master bathrooms are equipped with Botticino Fiorito stone slabs with radiant floor heating and glass showers.
